2009 HYUNDAI HD-11 NUVIS CONCEPT

The Nuvis is the eleventh signature concept car to be designed at the company's California Design Center in Irvine, Calif. In addition to showcasing the brand's cutting-edge capabilities, Nuvis also hints at a possible design direction for a future-generation crossover, blending attributes of a tall urban car and a premium utility vehicle.

Consistent with Hyundai's pledge to lead all brands in U.S. fuel economy by 2015, Nuvis is powered by Hyundai's Hybrid Blue Drive architecture, which uses breakthrough lithium polymer battery technology.

2009 LAMBORGHINI ESTOQUE

It is a Lamborghini like no other before it: a four-door sports car that sticks resolutely to its creed. The Lamborghini Estoque concept has everything that defines a Lamborghini: extreme, uncompromising and unmistakably Italian, iIt brings a whole new versatility to the brand's DNA.

The Estoque is an entirely new interpretation of the Sant' Agata design ethic: it is a concept that provides a clear indication of the future. This applies to the new, elegant self-confidence of the lines themselves, but even more to the concept of the vehicle. The Estoque is the first sedan in the history of Automobili Lamborghini, although 'sedan' is more a reference to the number of doors than any other characteristics.. Even sports sedan is an inadequate classification: the Estoque establishes a new category of super sports sedans. With a powerful front mid-engine, permanent all-wheel drive and a sophisticated, precision-tuned chassis,; the Estoque boasts a unique technology package.

VENTURI VOLTAGE CONCEPT

The Venturi Voltage concept, the result of a collaboration with Venturi Automobiles and Michelin (which premiered at the Mondial 2008 Paris Motor show)marks a major step foward in the evolution of the automobile.This new Venturi incorporates innovations which have enabled radical changes in terms of vehicle's architecture, style and dynamic behaviour and, more generally, the design of a modern vehicle.

The Voltage boasts a long list of innovation which consists of killer featurettes such as a 4 drive wheel that incorporates 2 electric motors per wheel (1 for suspension and 1 for drive)a total of 8 electric motors, a dashboard touchscreen that the driver can configure as he wishes, and carbon fiber body works which carries batteries within its very structure (being that the Venturi is an electric car).

All these changes constitute world premieres which, with the presentation of the Voltage, reinforce Venturi's capability for costant innovation, as welll as its position as the most advanced in the field of electric vehicles. The car presented in its world premiere is entirely operational and prefigures the production of a limited series of this model, sheduled for 2012.
